Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened food supplements cannot be returned, unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
